What is Reiki?

Reiki is a massage for the soul. It is a Japanese technique for flowing universal life force energy to reduce stress, relieve, revitalize, and rejuvenate. ‘Rei’ means spiritual wisdom and ‘Ki’ means life force energy.

What are Akashic Records?

The Akashic Records are an energetic record of your soul’s experiences and emotions. It is often called “The Book of Life.” Learning about your other experiences and lifetimes can shine light on what is happening now in your life as there may be previous traumas or lessons that cross over.

Hi, I’m Meg — I’ve spent the last 13 years exploring energy healing, starting with tapping and muscle testing, and eventually expanding into the Emotion Code, Body Code, Reiki, and the Akashic Records. My journey deepened through personal healing after the loss of my husband in 2019, which led me to explore crystal healing, psilocybin therapy, and microdosing as powerful tools for emotional recovery and spiritual growth. Today, through Grounded Wisdom, I offer energy sessions, soul readings, and psychedelic mentorship to support others in their healing journeys — always with compassion, intuition, and lived experience at the center.

    I recently had the privilege of experiencing a distance Reiki session with Meg, and the impact it has had on me has been truly profound. During the session, I felt a palpable flow of energy moving through my body, which was both soothing and invigorating. Although I can't recall all the specific sensations I experienced, the overall effect was unmistakable.
